Q What kinds of product do you supply to steel factories in the past years?
A We have finished more than 1000 orders all over the world, for smelting line, continuous casting line, rolling line, finishing line in steel factories. It includes “ladle turret, tundish, furnace, slab or billet segment units, segment frame, crystallizer, looper project, CGL RCL processing line, rollers and roller table project, vehicles for transport etc.

Q How about the capability of the manufacturing?
A There are 325employees, among which, the engineering technical personnel is more than 40 as well as 6 advanced technicians. We have 66,000.00 square meters of heavy plant, the maximum 200 tons crane, also available of large machines such as 5m×18m CNC gantry boring and milling machine, 200 CNC floor type boring and milling machine and 4m CNC vertical lathe. We also approved the certificates of ISO3834-2, Welder certificates, NDT certificates, WPQR, ISO 15614-1.

Q How to control the quality of metallurgical equipment?
A We have strictly procedure for quality control. Material inspection (chemical properties, mechanical properties, NDT inspection etc.), and we enhance the In-line inspection and submission work. The first spare part must be inspected in order to adjust technology and process. If necessary, the supervisor need to check the spare parts. Machinery and welding strictly follow different process procedure.
